SMS Terms & Consent
This page documents exactly how end users opt in to receive SMS text messages from Sweet Momentum, the exact consent language they see at the point of opt-in, and how to stop receiving messages. No account or login is required to view this page.
Who is sending these messages
Sweet Momentum, a daily performance tracking app at sweetmo.io, operated by Kevin McCarron / Projection Creative LLC, Louisville, KY.
What messages are sent
- Daily score reminder — sent if a user hasn't logged their score in 3+ days
- Welcome message — a one-time text sent immediately after a user opts in
- Momentum Partner alert — sent when a connected accountability partner logs their daily score
All messages are transactional/account-related, not marketing or promotional content.
Message frequency
Varies by user activity and preferences. Typically 0–7 messages per week.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, as determined by the recipient's mobile carrier.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP to any message for support, or contact track@sweetmo.io. SMS notifications can also be disabled at any time from the Settings page inside the app.
Opt-in method #1 — Account registration
Location: sweetmo.io/#/register, shown immediately after a new user provides a mobile phone number during signup, before any message is sent.

By tapping "Yes, enable SMS notifications" below, you agree to receive recurring transactional text messages from Sweet Momentum (daily score reminders, a one-time welcome message, and momentum partner alerts) at the number provided. Message frequency varies (typically 0–7 msgs/week). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.
Opt-in method #2 — Account settings
Location: sweetmo.io/#/settings, available to any existing user with a saved phone number, at any time.

Opt-in method #3 — Text keyword
Users may also opt in directly by texting a keyword to our SMS number, without visiting the website or having an account.
Opt-In Message (auto-reply sent immediately after texting JOIN, START, YES, or SUBSCRIBE)
"Sweet Momentum: You're subscribed to SMS alerts (daily score reminders, welcome message, momentum partner alerts). Msg frequency varies (typically 0-7/week). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."
Opt-Out Message (auto-reply sent immediately after texting STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT)
"Sweet Momentum: You have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive SMS messages. Reply JOIN to resubscribe at any time."
Help Message (auto-reply sent immediately after texting HELP or INFO)
"Sweet Momentum: Daily score reminders, welcome text, and momentum partner alerts. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Support: track@sweetmo.io or sweetmo.io/sms-terms."
